Tinubu appoints Dr Ibrahim Bashir Bello as Rector of Fed Poly Damaturu President Bola Ahmad Tinubu, GCFR, has approved the appointment of Dr. Ibrahim Bashir Bello as the Substantive Rector of Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe State. Dr Bello has been appointed for a single tenure of five (5) years. According to a letter obtained by Neptune Prime, signed by the Polytechnic Registrar, Muazu Aliyu Illiyasu, the appointment takes effect from 4th February, 2025 in line with the Federal Polytechnics (Amendment) Act, 2019.
