Dr Omadachi Oklobia visits Neptune Prime Dr Omadachi Oklobia, a financial expert and Editorial Board member of Neptune Prime, yesterday, paid a courtesy visit to Neptune Prime publisher, Malam Hassan Gimba at its Abuja corporate office.
