Kano court restrains Anti-Corruption Commission from inviting former Gov. Ganduje A Federal High Court in Kano has issued a restraining order against the Kano State Public Complaint and Anti-Corruption Commission, preventing them from inviting or arresting former Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje. The court, presided over by Justice A. M Liman, granted the order based on an ex parte application made by Mr. B. Hemba, counsel to the applicant.
