Kenneth AFOR, LAGOS  Ligue 1 giants, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), were perhaps disappointed after the the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) rejected the transfer of Moroccan international, Hakim Ziyech, from Chelsea on the January transfer deadline day, Tuesday night.
