Ex employee cries out, vows to wrestle Nda-Isaiah in court over 3-year unpaid salaries

Omileye Olamide Ayoola, lawyer to a former worker of Leadership Newspaper, Mr. Durojaiye Hassan, has said that his chambers have concluded plans to drag the publisher of Leadership newspaper, Mr. Sam Nda- Isaiah, to the National Industrial Court (NIC) over N4.8 million salary arrears. Aside owing Hassan the sum of N4.8million salary arrears, Mr.Nda-Isaiah had  also refused to pay Hassan the commission from a 400 page advertisement he single-handedly secured for the newspaper from the Kogi State Government.
