"I apologise, mass failure was caused by technical glitches," JAMB Registrar weeps The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has confirmed that technical glitches affected candidates’ performance during the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The Registrar of the Board, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, made this known during a press briefing in Abuja on Wednesday.
