An ex-convict, Mercy Orija, shortly after his release has reportedly raped a 12-year-old pupil, Janet Fakeye, to death in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital. Orija was convicted for assaulting a Point-of-Sale (POS) operator in the community last YEAR, according to Punch.
