Alleged Fraud: EFCC charges former NHIS boss Yusuf with 5 counts The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has brought a five-count amended charge against Usman Yusuf, the former Executive Secretary of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), accusing him of fraud.
