Tribunal dismisses testimonies of Labour Party’s witnesses The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) has dismissed the testimonies of 10 out of 13 witnesses who testified on behalf of the Labour Party (LP) in the ongoing petition challenging the presidential win of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 general election. The witnesses, who were either subpoenaed or professional witnesses, were found to be “incompetent” and their testimonies were declared “worthless” by the PEPT, Politics Nigeria reports.
