No casualties reported as Surulere building collapses in late-night scare The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has confirmed that there were no casualties following the collapse of a three-storey building in Surulere, Lagos. NEMA's territorial coordinator, Ibrahim Farinloye, confirmed the incident to journalists in Lagos on Saturday. The building crumbled at approximately 10 pm on Friday night, at 14 Ikpoh Street, Surulere.
