State commissioners, stakeholders deliberate on proposed agric extension service delivery bill To validate the Draft Agricultural Extension Service Delivery Revitalisation Bill in order to advance extension service system in the country, Commissioners of Agriculture, Permanent Secretaries and relevant stakeholders have met for a one-day technical validation forum in Abuja.
