ISWAP terrorists ban farmers, fishermen from entering Borno LG The Islamic State of the West African Province (ISWAP) has issued a ban on farmers, fishermen, and herders within Marte Local Government Area of Borno State. A source told Daily Trust that the ban extends to areas such as Katikime, Bulungahe, Kutukungunla, Chikun Gudu, Tumbumma, Guma Kura, Guma Gana, and New Marte.
