DHQ confirms arrest of 16 officers over alleged coup plot, sets up Court-Martial The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has confirmed the arrest of 16 military officers over acts of indiscipline and breaches of service regulations, with several of them set to face court-martial proceedings. The confirmation was made on Monday in Abuja by the Director of Defence Information, Major-General Samaila Uba, who disclosed that the investigative panel set up by the military authorities has concluded its assignment.
