Police arrest 23-year-old man for raping mentally-challenged boy Story from Hamzat Ibrahim ABAGA The Bauchi State Police Command, on Wednesday, arrested a 23-year-old man named Sanusi Umar for allegedly raping a mentally-challenged 10-year-old boy. The suspect was apprehended by operatives attached to Operation Restore Peace in the state. According to the command's spokesperson, Ahmed Wakil, Umar lured the victim with a N30 sweet and led him to an isolated area behind the AIB filling station along Kofar Ran.
