The House of Representatives has set up an enquiry into the award of over N19.2billion railway project to one Eser Contracting Industry Company Incorporated. The House reached the resolution, after adopting a Motion to that effect, sponsored by Its Minority Leader, Rep. Ndudi Elumelu.
