Ms Amina Arong becomes PDP national women leader The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed Ms Amina Arong as its National Women Leader. According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagb, disclosed this in a statement in Abuja on Thursday. Ologunagba said that Arong, who hailed from Cross River, was a prominent women mobiliser. He expressed confidence that she would bring on board her intellectual capacity as well as experience as the women leader.
