The Deputy Chief of Staff to Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area (LGA) chairman, Francis Olagoke Oguntulu, has been shot dead by some armed men at a party. The incident was confirmed on Sunday from the media office of the LG chairman, Kehinde Oloyede.
