Former Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF), Ahmed Galadima Aminu, has emerged as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State ahead of the 2027 general elections. Galadima secured victory at the party’s governorship primary election conducted in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, defeating other aspirants in the contest. The results were announced by the chairman of the APC Governorship Primary Election Committee, Innocent Bariko, who declared Galadima winner after polling the highest number of votes cast during the exercise.
