A state lawmaker serving as a substitute teacher allegedly kneed a male student in the crotch during a religious rant in the classroom. Mark Samsel, 36-year-old, a Republican state legislator in Kansas, was arrested after students recorded numerous videos of him opining on sex, masturbation, suicide, anti-LGBTQ bigotry, and religion.
