DSS arrests notorious IPOB commander, recovers arms The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested a high-ranking commander of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). According to PRNigeria, the wanted IPOB leader, whose name was not disclosed, was apprehended on Monday by operatives of the DSS and a team of Nigerian Army soldiers. A reliable security source said the arrested IPOB Commander has been coordinating the terrorist group’s activities in Ebonyi State.
