WikkiTimes set to launch investigation journalism training scheme for graduates WikkiTimes, an investigative and data journalism platform is set to launch the Umaru Pate Accountability Reporting Fellowship, named after Professor Umaru Pate, the current Vice Chancellor, Federal University Kashere.
