Man sues American rock band for featuring his 4-month-old naked baby picture on album cover 30 years ago

30 years old Spencer Elden was a 4-month-old baby when he was featured naked in a commercial for Nirvana's famous "Nevermind" album art in 1991. Now all grown up, Spencer Elden is suing the band for child sexual exploitation; he claims he's the naked baby pictured in a swimming pool on Nirvana's 1991 album cover and wants the band, Kurt's estate, and others to pay at least $150,000 each in damages. Though some of the band members are late, Elden is now suing the band's surviving members and Kurt Cobain's estate, 30 years...
