Osun Governor defies court order, suspends Chief Judge Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has proceeded with the suspension of the state's Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo, despite an interim order by the National Industrial Court restraining him from doing so. The governor also appointed Justice Olayinka Afolabi as the acting Chief Judge, following the resolution of the House of Assembly.
