The Supreme Court Judge, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta is dead. According to a statement by the Chief Registrar of the apex court, Hadizatu Mustapha, Ngwuta died in his sleep at about 2.30 am on Sunday. Ngwuta was said to be getting set for his retirement from the Supreme Court on March 30, 2021, upon attainment of 70 years mandatory retirement age.
