Yobe healthcare scheme to incorporate informal sector – Official Story from Sa'adatu MAINA, Damaturu Yobe State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA), says it has begun stakeholders engagement to fast track incorporation of informal sector into the scheme.
