The second-best time is now.” Governor Mai Mala Buni understood this truth well: strategic action today sows the seeds for tomorrow’s prosperity.

But behind the curtain, Governor Buni stood firm. He didn’t bend under pressure. He didn’t rush the process or compromise on quality.

He chose instead to take his time, to get it right, to deliver something not just functional, but truly outstanding.
