Tinubu vows to fight corruption, promote credit culture

Nigeria’s newly inaugurated President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has pledged to combat corruption and promote a credit culture during his administration.

Speaking at the Eagle Square on Monday, President Tinubu said: “Our government will continue to take proactive steps such as championing a credit culture to discourage corruption while strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of the various anti-corruption agencies.”

President Tinubu further promised to establish a unified exchange rate and eradicate terrorism and criminal activities in Nigeria.
