Tribunal upholds Adeyemi’s election as Kogi West senator

Tribunal upholds Smart Adeyemi’s election as Senator for Kogi West senatorial District. Dismissed petition by Dino Melaye and People Democratic Party (PDP).

The three judges of the tribunal were unanimous that the petitioners failed to prove their case.
