Whenever I wanted to have s3x with my husband, he’d use pillows to block me on the bed – Dupe Jayesimi

Renowned Yoruba Nollywood actress, Dupe Jayesimi, recently shared painful memories of her troubled marriage in an exclusive interview on Biola Adebayo’s YouTube channel.

Married since 1988, Jayesimi’s journey into motherhood was fraught with disappointment and emotional turmoil.

In her candid revelation, Jayesimi spoke about the pain of experiencing a miscarriage shortly after her wedding, followed by a prolonged struggle with infertility.

Despite her efforts to seek medical help, including surgery that offered a glimmer of hope, she faced profound rejection from her husband.

“After I reconciled with my husband, I moved back into his house. But things were never the same. At night, whenever I wanted to have sex so I could get pregnant, my husband would create a blockade with pillows to prevent any contact between us,” she shared.

This emotional barrier created by her husband became a painful reminder of her unmet desires and hopes for conception.

For Jayesimi, the physical manifestation of rejection was particularly devastating, especially after the surgery that was supposed to enhance her chances of having a child.

Eventually, the toll of her husband’s behavior became unbearable. “Over time, I became exhausted with the situation and decided to leave the house,” she explained.

Her departure was compounded by the heartbreak of discovering that shortly after, another woman had entered her husband’s life and was already pregnant with his child. “I was devastated and cried for days,” she recalled.

Jayesimi’s story shines a light on the emotional challenges many face within marriage, particularly regarding intimacy and the longing for motherhood.
