Zulum appoints Kyari as Borno LG Commissioner
Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has officially confirmed the appointment of Alhaji Mohammed Abdu Kyari as a Commissioner at the Borno State Local Government Service Commission.
In a formal communication addressed to the Speaker of the Borno State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abdulkarim Lawan, Governor Zulum requested the House to confirm Mohammed Abdu Kyari’s appointment as the Commissioner representing Borno North in the Commission.

“In accordance with the powers vested in me by Section 198 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended), I hereby request the Honourable House to confirm the appointment of Mohammed Abdu Kyari as Commissioner representing Borno North at the Borno State Local Government Service Commission,” Governor Zulum stated in his request.
The Governor also expressed his gratitude for the ongoing support and collaboration between the executive and legislative branches, underscoring the significance of maintaining a harmonious working relationship.
“I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere appreciation to the Honourable House for its continued support, cooperation, and the close working relationship we share,” Governor Zulum added.
