The shocking act of suicide has left the entire community engulfed in sorrow and disbelief.

According to Charles Ogolla, the local chief, the young girl took this drastic step due to overwhelming frustrations she had been facing in her life.

It was revealed that she had harboured dreams of attending university, but the challenges she encountered had become too much for her to bear.

In a heart-wrenching farewell note she left behind, she disclosed that she was two months pregnant. In her poignant message, she expressed her decision to end her life as an attempt to alleviate the burdens on her family.

Additionally, she held her mother and grandmother accountable for what she perceived as a lack of concern regarding her education.

Officers from the Pap Onditi police department arrived at the scene and conducted thorough investigations.

Subsequently, the body of the deceased was transported to the mortuary, where a postmortem examination will be carried out to determine the exact cause of death.

While expressing condolences to the grieving family, the community administrator emphasized the importance of parents maintaining a close connection with their children.

Offering guidance and unwavering support to young individuals is paramount, as they often encounter a multitude of challenges that can lead to extreme measures.

Issues such as medical, family, and social problems can significantly impact teenagers, rendering them more vulnerable to such tragic outcomes.
