According to a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the open-air address, which will take place after an anniversary parade, will replace the traditional early morning radio and television broadcast.

The statement, however, noted that the anniversary celebration programme, which will take off from 10 am, will be broadcast live on major television and radio stations.
