The Yobe State Government has unveiled a three-year strategic plan for Human Capital Development aimed at tackling poverty and promoting inclusive growth across the state.

The initiative, launched at Wawa Hall, Government House, Damaturu, focuses on improving education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and job creation, with particular emphasis on strengthening healthcare and educational systems.
