32-year-old man lands in police net for defiling 4-year-old girl

A 32-year-old man has been arrested for the alleged defilement of a minor in Lagos State.
Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command arrested the suspect, Wahab Ibrahim, at his residence in the Ikeja area of the state.
According to reports, it was gathered that the case was reported to the police by the aunt of the 4-year-old girl, who claimed that Wahab had inserted a finger into the private part of her niece.

The police flung into action and visited the scene where the victim’s underwear was found with blood stains and the suspect was subsequently arrested.
The case was further transferred from the Elemoro division to the Gender Unit in Ikeja for further investigation.
