Fire guts part of Ministry of Finance building in Abuja (Video)
A part of the Federal Ministry of Finance building located in the Central Business District, Abuja was gutted by a fire early Wednesday morning.
Black smoke was seen billowing from a part of the building, following the fire incident.

The fire, according to eyewitnesses, started at about 7.15 am
However, the Federal Ministry of Finance has in a Tweet explained the cause of the fire outbreak.
According to them, the incident occurred on the corridor in the basement involving an isolated battery pack and it has been put out by the security personnel on duty.
