Barely 24 hours after some unidentified number of armed masked men laid siege at the popular Uromi area of Edo State, it has been reportedly revealed that multiple banks were attacked in the area.
According to information available to Neptune Prime, six banks were said to have been robbed by the criminals. The banks include Fidelity Bank, Unity Bank, Union Bank, First Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA) and EcoBank.

This medium earlier reported that robbers were seen carting away money bags after successfully robbing a commercial bank in the area.
Six people were said to have been killed during the operation, extent of loss incurred, damages and fatalities yet to be ascertained.
In the two separate videos from the robbery scene which went viral captured moments when some soldiers hid themselves while the criminals confidently laid siege and were seen coming out from one of the banks with bags suspected to be loaded with money.
Neptune Prime also learnt that travels to this axis of the state should be aborted for now.
