PMB to visit Yobe, commission cargo airport, others

Preparations are in top gear in Yobe State ahead of President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB)’s arrival on Tuesday 10th January, 2023 on a two-day working visit to commission landmark projects executed by Governor Mai Mala Buni.

During the visit, the President will commission the Damaturu International Cargo Airport, markets, schools, housing estates, and Nigeria’s largest Maternal and Child Health Complex.

Therefore, the Executive Governor Mai Mala Buni has urged all residents and the entire people of Yobe State to give President Muhammadu Buhari an outstanding welcome during his visit to the state.

The governor said it is symbolic and historic for Yobe to host the President.

He said as a state known for its hospitality, Yobe is fully prepared to host President Buhari and all necessary arrangements have been put in place.
