The Angolan team and officials have
been rewarded for their outstanding performance in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Ivory Coast.

Following their triumphant 3-0 victory over Namibia in the round of 16, Banco Angolano de Investimento, a bank in Luanda, Angola, announced that each player and coaching staff would receive a substantial reward of five million Kwanzas (approximately N5.41m).

In addition to the monetary reward, Aguinaldo Jaime, the President of the Board of Directors of UNITEL, a private Angolan mobile phone company, further enhanced the celebration by gifting an iPhone 15 with complimentary calls, SMS, and internet for a year to every member of the Angolan delegation in Ivory Coast.
