Dissolution of NWC will make APC stronger for 2023 – Bashir Bukar

​A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Alhaji Bashir Bukar Rimin Zayam has explained that the dissolution of the National Working Committee by the National Executive Committee of the party is a right step towards solving multiple problems bedevilling the party and will make it stronger ahead of 2023 general elections.

​Bukar stated this on Monday in Bauchi when he interacted with Journalist saying:

“The timely intervention of President Muhammadu Buhari leading to the dissolution of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party shows that it is the will of Allah who gave the President the wisdom to dissolve the NWC in order to solve multiple problems crippling the activities of the party and its not good to allow the problems to consume the party,” he said.

Bukar said, “with the choice of a serving Governor who was once a secretary of the party to head the party, made APC members nationwide very happy and proud of the very timely, bold and courageous steps taken to save the party from imminent collapse, and that was the best thing that has happened to the party.”

He advised the Governor Mai Mala Buni Caretaker Committee to commence reconciliation in order to solve disagreements, differences, and disaffection that have long existed among various groups and between individuals within the party.

Bukar called party men and women to sheath their swords close ranks and rally round the newly constituted caretaker committee members to help in repositioning the party to take her rightful position.
