Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) has donated some clinical equipment and support items to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Yola, Adamawa state as COVID-19 support intervention.
Commending the NLNG for the donation, the Medical Director FMC Yola, Prof. Auwal Muhammad Abubakar said the intervention was indeed timely and that it would be utilised accordingly.
The donated clinical equipment and support items are:
1. Syringe Pumps – 8 units
2. Suction Machines – 4 units
3. Manual Defibrillators – 3 units
4. ICU Beds – 2 units
5. Overbed Tables – 2 units
6. Bedside Cabinets – 2 units
7. Mattresses – 2 units
8. Pillows – 2 units
9. Hospital Cart (Resuscitation Carts) – 2 units
10. I -Stat Reagent/ Blood Gas/ Electrolyte Analyser – 1 unit
11. Infusion Pumps – 4 units
12. Haematology Auto-Analyser – 1 unit
13. Chemistry Analyser – 1 unit
14. Blood/ Fluid Warmer – 4 units
15. Mechanical Ventilator – 1 unit
16. Electronic Patient Monitors – 4 units
17. Coagulometer – 1 unit
18. CRRT Machine – Continuous Renal Therapy – 1 unit
19. Blood Bank Cold Centrifuge – 8 Buckets – 1 unit
20. Dental Chair – 1 unit
21. Apheresis Machine – 1 unit
22. DICOM Printer (OKI)ES8431 MMe and UPS – 1 unit
23. Resuscitation Bed – 1 unit
