Abuja-Kaduna Train Attack: Victims families protest after 42 days in captivity (Photos)

After Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) announced that it has completed the repairs of the Abuja-Kaduna rail track that was attacked by terrorists on 28th March 2022 and plans to resume operations soon, families of passengers kidnapped during the incident have took to the streets to protest and demand for the release of their loved ones in captivity.

Recall that terrorists bombed the Abuja-Kaduna rail tracks on the 28th of March, several passengers aboard the train were killed, some sustained varying degrees of injuries, and some were abducted.

Reports revealed that the rail track was blown up by the gunmen before they gained access into the train.

Forty-two days after the attack, the families of the victims have taken to the street to seek justice and the release of the abducted passengers.
