Akpabio denies rumours of extra-marital affairs, affirms “I have only one wife”

Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate, has refuted reports that he is having extramarital affairs or has several girlfriends.

In response to the rumours, Akpabio said, “In my tradition, we marry only one wife. They listed so many wives on social media. At the end, it will look as if the Senate president has so many wives, but I’m reporting to my colleagues that I have only one (wife), and I’m satisfied with that one.”
