Sheikh Amb. Muhajjadina pays courtesy visit to Neptune Prime
Eminent Islamic cleric and traditional astrologist, Sharif Muhajirun, on Monday paid a courtesy visit to the office of Neptune Network Nigeria Limited, publishers of Neptune Prime online newspaper, in Abuja.
The cleric, who was welcomed by the Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of the media company, Dr Hassan Gimba, expressed his gratitude over the reception he got from Neptune Prime.
Sequel to the introduction by his Chief of Staff, Saminu Dauda, the cleric underscored the significance of Islamic medicine, astrology and lamented how the field has suffered neglect.
The scholar who also holds a traditional title, Majidadin Yakanajie, in addition to Shugaban masana ilmin taurari na nahiyar Africa, mentioned ways he can proffer solutions to the menace of sorcery and jinns that are bedeviling society today. He added that there are ways to tackle the issue of insecurity and bad governance from a spiritual viewpoint.
On his part, Dr Gimba expressed his appreciation for the visit and promised to look at ways the company can work collaboratively with the cleric.
While stressing the importance of knowledge, Dr .Gimba said he is glad to see a young person like Muhajirun trying to build a nexus between traditional and modern knowledge of astrology, as well as herbal medicine.
