Angry mob set 2 suspected kidnappers ablaze in Delta community

The Delta State Police Command has verified reports of jungle justice being inflicted on two suspected kidnappers, who were allegedly subjected to mob action in the state.

The spokesman of the command, SP Bright Edafe, gave the confirmation on Thursday in a WhatsApp terse message.

“It is confirmed,” Edafe simply said.

Eyewitness said that the incident occurred on Thursday at Mosogar Community in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta.

The source said that the deceased suspects with two of their accomplices now at large attempted to abduct a female victim in Mosogar.
