How immigration officer received ₦17.6m in salaries from 3 gov't agencies - ICPC The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has arraigned Mr. Abubakar Mohammed Aseku, an Assistant Superintendent of Immigration with the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), for allegedly receiving salaries from two other government agencies while still employed by the NIS. Mr. Aseku appeared on Tuesday before Justice Binta Dogonyaro of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Apo, Abuja, facing a nine-count charge of abuse of office and corruption.
