El-Rufai hands over power to Uba Sani ahead of swearing-in
The outgoing Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has completed the administrative handover to Governor Elect, Sen. Uba Sani, on Sunday.
The administrative handover ceremony occurred at the Government House, where El-Rufai presented the comprehensive handover notes encompassing various ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs) of the Kaduna State government.
In a concise yet significant gathering, El-Rufai handed over the remaining notes to Sen. Uba Sani, who is set to be sworn in as the new Governor on May 29, which is scheduled for the following day.

It is worth noting that a day prior to the handover, El-Rufai had already presented the 2023 Transition Committee Report to the Governor-elect.
During the presentation of the report, El-Rufai expressed his appreciation for the diligent efforts of the transition committee team.
He acknowledged their hard work and emphasized that the report would serve as an invaluable blueprint and guide for the incoming administration led by Sen. Uba Sani.
