Youths of Damongo town in Ghana on Monday, July 19 in a video can be seen returning bags of rice a lawmaker offered them.

It was reported that a politician, Samuel Abu Jinapors, (NPP) representing their constituency in the Ghana Parliament, brought trucks loaded with bags of rice.

In the short video posted by Instablog, the youths came out in their numbers, shouting that they need jobs to be created for them as they return the bags of rice to the truck.

The video received a lot of applause from different nationals on social media, one among them is Senator Dino Melaye, who challenged Nigerian youths to step up, take their stance and be as brave as the Ghanaian youths.

Dino stated this on his Instagram page after posting the video, ”Ghanaian youths rejecting free bags of rice from politicians and demanding for job creation. Can this happen in Naija? Nigerian youths grow up.”
