Gov. Buni heads APC election appeal sub-committee ahead of presidential convention

Former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, Honourable Mai Mala Buni, will chair the Election Appeal sub-committee ahead of the party’s presidential convention slated for June 6 to 8.

APC spokesperson, Felix Morka, disclosed this in a statement issued on Wednesday in Abuja.

He said Governor Muhammad Yahaya of Gombe State and Minister of Finance, Hajiya Zainab Ahmed, will head the Budget sub-committee, while Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State will chair Finance and Logistics.

Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun will be in charge of Accreditation and Decoration while Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, will handle Security and Compliance to be co-chaired with former Minister of Interior, Gen. Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau.

Morka said the Election Planning sub-committee is jointly chaired by Governors Abubakar Bagudu of Kebbi State and Hope Uzodinma of Imo State.

There are thirteen other sub-committees for Transportation, Accommodation, Media and Publicity, amongst others.
