Gov. Buni promises justice for Yobe woman killed by husband

Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State has pledged unwavering commitment to ensuring justice for the death of Ammi Adamu Mamman. The governor, in a statement delivered through his spokesman, Mamman Mohammed, asserted that those implicated in the tragic incident would face legal consequences.

The Yobe State Governor directed the state’s security agencies to thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the demise of Ammi Adamu Mamman, who was reportedly murdered by her husband while asleep a few days ago.

Governor Buni emphasized that no one involved in the incident would be exempt from the due process of the law.

The late Ammi Adamu Mamman was laid to rest today in Potiskum town, with the funeral conducted in accordance with Islamic rites. The ceremony, held at the Emir of Pataskum’s palace, drew attendance from the public, family members, and friends, paying their respects to the departed.
