Grain prices at Dawanau market, Kano

The prices of grains such as beans, millet, sorghum and red beans have significantly dropped this week.
According to a Market update on 30 June 2025, the current price of rice ₦120,000 per bag, and bag of maize is selling between ₦40,000 to ₦44,000, and price of millet ₦50,000 to ₦52,000.
White Beans are currently priced between ₦80,000 to ₦85,000 per bag.

And other items like hibiscus flower are priced between ₦20,000 to ₦21,000.
Price of groundnut per bag ₦125,000 to ₦127,000.
The price of Sorghum (Dawa)per bag ₦45,000 to ₦47,000 and red beans price are ₦92,000 to ₦95,000.
